1. 14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the applicable subscription charge.
This 14-day period begins on the date shown on your Paddle receipt.
- The policy applies to paid monthly and yearly subscription plans.
- It applies to initial subscription purchases, subscription renewals, and paid plan upgrades.
- Eligible refunds are not reduced according to the number of monitors, checks, incidents, or reports used during the 14-day period.
- An approved refund is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
2. After the 14-day period
Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the applicable charge are generally
not eligible for a refund. After this period, subscription payments, renewals, and upgrade charges
are considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account.
- Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing and stops future recurring charges.
- Your paid monitoring features normally remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- At the end of that period, your account moves to the Free plan and features or monitors above the Free plan limits may be paused.
- Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund request.
- If you want a refund, you must submit a separate request within the applicable 14-day window.
4. Plan changes and upgrades
- Upgrades, downgrades, and billing-period changes are processed through Paddle.
- Paddle may calculate prorated billing adjustments when you change plans during an active billing period.
- A new charge created by an upgrade is covered by the 14-day refund window beginning on the date of that charge.
- Billing adjustments applied by Paddle during a downgrade or billing change are not cash refunds.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at
onlinesite407@gmail.com
and include:
- Your registered WebAppStatus email address.
- The date of purchase or charge.
- The subscription plan and billing period.
- Your Paddle transaction or receipt number, if available.
- The reason for requesting the refund.
We aim to review and respond to complete refund requests within two business days. You may also

6. Refund processing and account access
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method. When a full subscription refund
is issued, paid-plan access may end immediately and the account may return to the Free plan.
Monitoring data and monitors remain subject to the limits and retention rules of the resulting plan.
7. Exceptions
A refund may be refused where permitted by law in the following circumstances:
- The request is submitted after the 14-day refund window.
- The account was suspended or terminated for a material violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- The request is fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or involves chargeback misuse.
- The payment has already been refunded or reversed.
These exceptions do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error or duplicated, contact us so that we can investigate it.
